Fulfillment
We are a boutique shop and take care with each and every order we ship. While we can’t promise you’ll receive your books in a day, they will arrive in a timely and well-packed manner.
Returns
We sincerely hope that you love your books too much to return them. If nothing else, we hope that you would consider passing the story along to another dear reader.
If we somehow made an error, or if you simply no longer want to keep your books, please send a note to returns@pinnaclepublishing.net, including your order number and the email associated with that order. We will do our best to accommodate, however any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
